There is no fixed labor-and-machine percentage for every bag. Compare the same construction and order size when evaluating these charges.

Use a freight quotation for the planned route and shipping period, with its validity and surcharges stated. A historical freight movement is not a current price or a guarantee of future charges.

Record the quote date and the charges included in the chosen delivery terms.
